How hard would it be to convert a 06 70cc to 125cc? Can you just change the top end or do you have to change the motor. It already has the 4 speed tranny.

I don't think the bike has a long enough stroke. The money that you'll spend doing that you could purchase a 125cc motor for around 300-400 and later upgrade it if you want. You'll need a crank, bigger cylinder and piston, bigger head, and bigger carb. That's easily over $500.

Okay thanks. I have been trying to sell this as a 70 but no one wants it so I thought I would make it a 125 then maybe I can sell it. Just a shame to replace almost new motor.

I understand you there. That's one of the reasons why I bypassed the 70 and 90 and got my son the 125. Now that he gas grown into the motor all I've been doing is upgrading.
