Dudes need help with carb!

cleaned carb today runs and idles but when i hit the throttle it seems to take to long to get back down to a regular idle when i let off the gas? and when i kick it i hear a small blowing sound. im pretty sure its from the carb or somewhere nearby. I think its a vaccum problem but the only ones i know about are the 2 on top. did i miss something? if you could help that would be awsome.

Air leak or pilot / AF screw adjustment needed is my guess.

Get a spray bottle of water and spray it on the intake area while the bike is idling. If the idle changes when u spray an area that means there's an air leak there.
Don't burn ur self with steam tho :P

on the top of the carb next to the plastic carb cover there is an opening on top does a hose go there or what is that?
