umm, is that little circle alluminum the rotor?? is everything there to mount on my 250r? and is this an adjustable one or fixed?

HAHAHA!!! If you are referring to the small circular part in the middle, that is the flywheel. It is much smaller than the stock flywheel which is what makes this thing rev so much quicker than the stock setup. It is adjustable, and everything is there and ready to be installed. I will pm you my paypal addres if that is how you want to pay.
