best coil to get

hey whats up everyone, im new to these forms i have a 87 trx 250, and the coil is shot.
should i just buy a oem one or is there a better one, i was looking around but couldn't really find alot of info on that.

i seen the msd one, i was wondering if any one is running that and how good it is thanks

the problem with the "R" isnt the coil, its the stator. The spark energy is just weak and theres nothing you can do about it.

When you get it all back together, gap both your stator pick up and spark plug to .018".
