Control Arms and Spindle interchangeable different years?

I rolled my 400EX down a hill about 5 times and did the old bend of the bars and steering stem. I also noticed the left front wheel is leaned in at the top which I am guessing is either control arms or spindle.

Are all of the control arms for ex's interchangeable? If not what years will fit an 05?

i think so. check the micro fiche on yamaha of troy and see what years are the same part number. they did change the color a little so that might be a different part number but i dont think i have ever heard of a dimension change to the front end of the 4 hundy. the spindle is natural finish so it should be the same throughout.
