Ive been hearing about people breaking in there cams.....how long should I break in my new cam for?

20 mins at 2500 plus rpm in nuetral is what i was told..plus use moly lube on the cam instalation

Sorry! just messin with ya!
Just stop by your local auto parts store and ask for a tube of moly lube it's pretty cheap,or better yet stop at a local engine rebuilder and get a dab of cam break in goop, it'll be free!

Don't forget to put some engine oil in the pockets of the head where the cam bearings ride.

To be technically correct, the Honda manual recommends a molybdenum/oil solution of 50/50 to be applied to the cam lobes, rocker arms, and sub rocker arms when installing the cam. :o

OR, you could just blow this off, lube it up, put it in, and ride!!! :eek:
