Just got my DS450 home..

and i noticed a rattling noise when i was riding it. i took it back to the place where i bought it and the service department said it was the chain making the noise. i agree it was the chain, but has anyone else had this problem? it doesn't matter the rpm it just rattles sometimes.

Sure its the chain? Those stupid reflectors rattle before they are removed.

They all do that. It's just the cam chain slack hitting the case.

Shouldnt do it with throttle just after you let off the slack of the chain smacks a little bit.

Not something to worry about.

so you guys have had a weird rattle too? they said they all do it too, but i didn't know if they were just trying to get more money out of me in the long run. i just payed so much i don't wanna have a rattling four wheeler lol.

I can't find a pink wire on the 09 to get it into the race mode. Anyone find one?
