why do the 03's look like they sit so much lower??

anybody else notice that? is there a difference in the fames? i know they made a new frame in 04 but i dont like how the 05's look like they sit so much higher and the preload looks about the same??

The 03 model had a slightly longer swingarm. Polaris was also trying the "anti-squat, anti dive suspension". The way that the suspension was set up it had the whole machine sitting lower. The one downfall was the way the suspension was set up, it made the rear really stiff and almost impossible to adjust it where it felt good. After 03 the Polaris machines just kept getting taller and taller!
