450r shock question

i am looking for some good 450r shocks for my 400ex. will just the front shocks work or will the rear work too? my winter build is comming up and i am wanting to get some shocks(if anyone has any tell me becasuse as long as there good im interested)

well i did search and i never really found anything about the rear shock. i would think that they would work but since theres no talk about them, maby they dont work or maby they do work and there just isnt any difference.

first of all braup, pratice what you preach ;)

yes the shock will fit, BUT it will mess up the handling even worse than the stock 400ex shock. if you wanna a better rear shock send your shock off to GT thunder or colby at c&d racing and let them rebuild it for your weight and riding style.

dont forget to throw a new link in from gt thunder to really get the rear set up right they make an xc and mx version,. i put the xc in mine and it really helped with the bucking

Smart @sses, I search before I ever make a new thread anymore nowadays. I do admit I was very bad about 6 or so months ago.

thanks alot guys. i will check out them places for my rear shock. i ride xc so that would be great. i am limited on cash and i need shocks so by going this route it shouldnt cost alot.
