300EX stroker kit, reliable?

Does any one know how reliable a stroke kit is in a 300EX? Is it worth the extra to go with above a big bore?

Meh... opinions will vary, but the 300ex is already "stroked" so you're going to be limited on the amount you can stroke the 300ex compared to a 250x or most other quads.

IMHO, it's not worth the extra cash unless you are going all out and money is not an issue. You'll get some more torque and lose some revability, but the 300ex really isn't shy on torque anyway.
