'01 400ex in Eastern PA $1100 neg

Hey everybody, so here's the deal. I've got a 2001 400ex for sale. I recently moved from KY and brought my quad with me. However, I now have no place to ride and nothing to haul it with either. The reason it's so cheap is because I'm pretty sure it will need a clutch in the not so distant future(slips somtimes while riding, but still quick and runs good). I also have no title for it. I used to ride all over the place in Eastern KY and it had no bearing on the title. So there it is out in the open just so you know in case you were wondering...but anyway here it is(dirty):

-Hot Cams Stage 1 Cam
-White Brothers E Series slip on pipe
-UNI Air Filter w/air box lid off
-Jets'R'Us Jet kit w/pilot jet
-ITP Holeshot tires(with good tread) on ITP wheels
-New Primary Drive Chain
-New Primary Drive 14T Front Sprocket(plus a 16T sprocket to go with it)
-New NGK Plug to go with it
-MSR bars
-New seat cover
-New Grips
-Pro Armor Front Bumper
-AC Nerf Bars w/new nets
-ATV Cover(6 months old)
-New OEM Honda Swing arm/Motor Mount Bolt to go with from dealer...still in bag
-New Rear End Swing arm bolts
-Removed Parking brake
-Tusk block off plate
