what is the best setup for mxto go on my mostly stock 05 450r i'm lookin for the most bang for my buck i dont have a crap load of money and that includes a arms and swingarm and axel and everything looking to spend as least as i can for the most reliable thing and i was wondering what size boar up kits are available

Dont even worry about doing big bores. Keep the thing as close to stock as you can for now for reliability, and build the suspension up first. I would get:

G-force axle: $200 new
Used set of a-arms from here: $250-$500 depending on brand
for shocks I would do C&D rebuilds or GT Thunder rebuilds. I like C&D's customer service and quick turn around times better, but I would also get a GT Thunder MX link to go with the package regardless of who builds the shocks. I have some of this stuff for sale if you're interested...
