Polishing and cutting fenders

What all parts on a stock ex can be polished? I love the look of cut fenders and I was just wondering how it is done, like what do you use to cut it and how to make them come out looking good? Thanks, Anthony

Do a search for race cut fenders or race fenders and all the info is there...

Polishing... anything that is aluminum so basically anything on the engine is aluminum. I think the bars are, I know the stock bar clamps are.... I've seen people polish the thumb throttles... The cluth and front brake can...

Not sure bout the stock arms thou...
