head bolts torq specs

anybody know the torq specs for head bolts for 250x

The 4 nuts and 2 bolts that hold the head down torqs. at 40 ld-ft.

The 13 flange bolts on the head cover torqs. at 9 lb-ft, the flange bolt in the front of the cover torqs. at 7 lb-ft.
