[SIZE=3]My quad has only 15 hours on it and after our last outing I noticed that the rear end is bottoming over small bumps that it never had, I tried searching this forum and the suspension forum and cannot find much.

Is there concern about where the suspension links to the body? I remember someone posting something about adding grease fittings?

Or is he suspension just breaking in and I should increase the pre-load

P.S. I ride in a lot of mud and I should say MUD and hills and water so recommend away!

I think you have blown out the shocks :eek2: If you have only 15 hr on them take to dealer for warranty repair. But you made be in the same boat in 15 more hours. I would send them in and get them rebuilt for your weight and type of riding they will last longer.

i had the same thing happen. shocks are not blown, just breaking in, or at least mine werent blown. adjust the pre load to 7-8 inches measured at the front frame under motor and the rear under the motor. make sure the front measurement is half inch higher than rear though, this is for handling.
