I have my ex in the shop right now the bottom end was clunking, sounded like it spun a bearing. I don't ride that often but love it when I do. They want 1500 bucks to rebuild it. I would probably just have them do it I don't really have the time to rebuild it again after the last time. What should I do? 1500 is a lot to rebuid just the bottom end so I'm kinda in a rut. I would sell it for 3000 outright just curious if anyone would bite on tat or if I should just part it out..... It only needs a new crank bearing...

If you want money, part it out.

If you want to keep it, just buy a new(er) bottom end off of ebay for 3-600 dollars.

Up to you, but DON'T spend that 1,500 on the bottom end, RIP OFF! If you part it out, I call first dibs on your oil tank. lol

find a used, working bottom end for like $300. swap it with yours and problem solved..

Just be sure if you buy a used lower end that it's not going to be the same as the one you have in a month.Check it out close.
