changing over to 250r plastics

back in the day when the 400ex first came out, many of the 250r guys just switched over to the 400ex plastics on their 2 stokes to make them look like the current model....mainly to collect the Honda sponsor $$$ money im sure.

I wanna go the other way. 250r body on the 400ex

does anyone know the process to do this ? how easy is it ? what parts from the 250r do you need to fit on the 400ex.
