How come all of the big movie makers (Premis, H bomb, etc) All focus on MX riders? Why isnt there a XC-Based movie?

Market isn't really there to produce a full length XC video....Not saying it will never happen though.

I can see an offroad/trail/xc video happening...

they did make woods warriors for a while you can still buy a dvd out of rocky mountain atv but the video really isn't that great some one could make a better one.

that would be awesome i would buy too... i always skip the MX parts of the movies to watch the woods/freestyle... to me there isnt a bunch of fun in watching MX

jumps and things most wouldnt do sells. most videos have a XC part and its a nice change but I would deffinately want an hour of it. I miss the hill climb scenes. they always played the best music and were so fun to watch the hill climbs. The older Huevos are the best

yea i have all the woods warriors but i see like "the factory" if they did an XC version, you cant tell me that it wouldnt be just as interesting as the mx riders

I race mx and I thought the XC sections of huevos 10 were the best part.

i love watching the older huevos because they had more "free riding" i can't watch mx on a tv for that long, but riders just cruising on natural terrain, doing hillclimbs, duning, and weaving trees definitely keeps my attention longer.

The problem with trying to make an XC video is to get a good mix of all the terrain, you would have to relocate a lot. Hard to set up in one spot, have a couple of fourwheelers blow by you, then have to move. As a Christmas present to myself, I think I'm going to buy a camcorder. I'll probably make some short clips here and there.

My favorite quad videos are still Woods Warriors and the old Blackwater Videos (I still slow down and look at the 93 river crossing every time I pass it on the way to a race). I love looking at the old school XC quads. And have a few racing buddies that started out when those videos where shot. They seem boring to people who have never raced a XC event but those of us who do, I think find them interesting.
