I've been building a welding table the past few days. tell me what you guys think. had all the metal in the shop so didn't really cost me nothin to build. I also bought a little measly band saw at Tractor Supply for 99 bucks. i figured for 99 bucks i'd give it a try and figured it would be a p.o.s. but it has actually been awesome so far. has cut anything i've thrown at it. but it came with a flimsy, short stand so i built it flush onto my table.

tell me what ya'll think.:D:D

the welds might look funny becsue the metal was still rusted and instead of grinding the hole table down i tried to spray it with some rust-something-or-another silver/crome spray paint, well it looked like chit. lol. .... so in the end i ended up takin the sander wheel to the hole table and just didnt get it on the welds.

Cool , i like the idea of the saw on the table, is it safe for the motor to have it there ?

mine has a hole in the middle with a tube bolted on the table , I can hang some tools on it.. makes it easy and quick .

If the welder is not grounded right it could fry the motor on the saw.
