any know know what the cc is with a 66.35piston from pro x.

any one have a chart or know of a chart that says the size of a 265 or a 310 and the other displacemets with other bores like 10 over 20 over... thanks

Using a 70mm YZ piston, highest size you can go on a stock sleeve bore TRX250R cylinder, it would be 277.08912cc

how can you get a 277 out of a yz piston at stock bore...? this is a aftermartked jug from pro x... i didnt think they would make it a factory 249 or what ever... i thought the lowest full jug you could get is a 265 thats aftermarket....

that involves having the OEM trx250r cylinder bored to 70mm, using the "mentioned" yz250 piston and bolting on top of the 250r's 72mm stroke to get the 277cc's. the drawbacks to this is your on the last bore of the cylinder and this makes the sleeve very thin at the bottom.

oh ok i thought you ment you could get a 277 with just putting a yz piston in there with the stroke on the R ,crank.....

Ok, I didnt catch the Pro-x jug part at the end. The .35 in your piston size threw me off & I though you had a Pro-x piston in the engine.

Pro-x has 250R cylinder kits that are just 250cc stock bore. Even have a 250cc PV cylinder.

yep i have the pro x piston as well... i thought it said 66.35 mabie its a 66.25.... i still think its weird that its a 250CC not a 265....
