posting a picture

how do i insert a picture on to exriders. i want to send my picture of my 400ex to a friend on exriders. how do i insert it on the forum. the picture is in my picture album on my computer. when i click copy and then try to paste it. the paste icon doesnt show up. can someone give me a step by step to insert a picture

when you are posting something you go down to the botom where it says attach file on the left hand side. Then you go over to wher it says browse and click that. after you do that a litle window will show up that has the files on your computer. now locate the picture you want to put in and double click it and push submit reply or thread or whatever you are doing. Also make sure that the picture is saved as a .jpg so it is not to big. after all those steps you should be able to see the picture you posted after the site directs you to your post.
