250r PEP's on a 450r?

i purchased my 05 450r used and it has older long travel pep zero preloads on it that appear to be off a 250r. the have +3 t-pin engraved on the bottoms of them. I don't have a t-pin tho, i only have laeger LT +2's. anyway, is it ok to use 250r shocks on a 450r? they seem to work ok. i was wanting to send them out to get set up for my wieght and freshened up. didnt know if i should just start all over and buy a new 450 set, (or a used 450 set and get them sent out)

i talked to baldwin and he said he could modify them to work. not sure if should let him or just get 450r ones.
