Where to buy bumpers?

I found a company that sold them but can't find it again. Something called a 'stadium bumper' looked good because you could easily put your plate there.

Anyone know the best place to buy them?

AC racing makes them

usually local dealers have them or can get them...and there are a million other places that carry them.
