For sale is my completely custom restored 1987 Honda 250X. I have twice as much money into the restoration than what I am selling it for. This quad has less than 8 hours total since restoration and starts first kick in any weather. Here is what I have done:

1. Top End completely re-built with new Wiseco .40 over bore piston, new rockers, brand new exhaust and intake valves, completely redone head, timing chain ($700)

2. White Bros All Around Performance Cam ($125)

3. New AC Racing Nerf Bars ($125)
<br>
4. Brand new Maxxi Razr II tires front and rear-never used($400)
<br>
5. Custom front end widening kit with 400ex front shocks, a-arms, suspension($350). I have 450r shocks which will bolt right up for an additional $225.

6. Yamaha Raptor rear adjustable shock. This shock is a major upgrade to the stock 250X shock and makes the suspension race ready. Very plush ride.

7. Custom Full Bore Front and Rear Red Plastic ($700). This platic makes this quad a real head turner.

8. Brand new FMF Power Core 4 full exhaust system.

As you can see I have way more in restoring this bike with custom upgraded parts than what I am asking for it. I already have 2 other quads and unfortunately I need the money for household items. This quad can be used for racing but it is also one of the best and most dependable trail bikes. It is the original 250x with kick start only, reverse, and a 5 speed manual clutch transmission. These bikes are becoming rare and this bike in a few years will be worth much more money.
