what kind of oil are you running?

My 1st thought is the oil as well.
A cable that is too lose will not cause the clutch to slip, a cable that is too tight will though.

If you are using Honda oil then the oil is probably not the problem.

When you replaced the clutch did you replace the springs as well? You should try putting some heavy duty clutch springs in it, the stockers could be worn out if you didn't replace them.

replace the fibers with 1993 CBR900RR fibers, scratch the steels across some 80-200 grit sand paper to take the machine glazing off and install some barnett springs. Youll be fine.

what kinda fibers ?
what kinda spring ?
did you shim up the springs to near coil bind when fully opened ?
did you burnish the steels as I mentioned ?

you could also install an extra steel if you have room to shim up the springs for more clamping force

hmm, mabe its time for a new clutch basket and or pressure plate. im pretty sure thats all it could be to solve a slipping clutch when the plates have already been replaced.

what are the thicknesses of the clutch plates ? at least for Honda, there is no substitute for factory plates. even the top drag racers run OEM plates.

even .001" per plate can and will make a difference in the pressure.
