I have an 05 and 04 450R's both will steam and gurgle after running a hard moto, the boys are "A" and "B" riders and one has engine ice the other regular anti freeze. I need some suggestions as to what to do to stop this or is this normal for these motors? They both have running fans and I have tried new radiator caps. So any help would be appreciated.

By the way I hate the search on this site with hot in the search it will not reconize it and if I put an * behind it, it just sits there.:grr: so I have tried to search.

Are they running lean?

I don't think so. Plugs look good, have not had it on a dyno or a meter. The O4 is jetted richer than the 05 just to see.

If his bikes are over heating to the point they are boiling engine ice and normal antifreeze there is something serious wrong.
Adding additives to raise the boiling point of the coolant will do nothing but hide the problem, not fix it. The bikes still be over heating, the coolant just won't boil.
Fix the problem, don't hide it.
