450 carb?

Im sure this has been asked but I cant find nothin. What will I need to do the swap. I have a edlebrock carb now and I dont like it. Just wondering what I need to get to do the swap?

carb, adapter, fuel hose, and throttle cable

For the 450r carb do you need an different intake carb insulator thing?

No you dont you can just ream it out with a dremel and it works fine

I didn't have to touch the intake boot on mine. Make sure the boot is warm and the carb will pop right in with a bit of effort.

does the snorkel have to be cut in order to move the air box up? And how is everyone mounting the air box after it is moved up?

Some adapters make it so you don't have to move the airbox.
