white marks on plastic

i have a yfz 450 that has white stress marks on the plastic. i wanted to know if anyone knew how to get rid of the white marks in my blue plastic. also is there a way to get rid of little scratch marks from boots.

You can take a torch and slowly heat the white marks to make them not so noticeable, also, try a brillo pad or sos pad for the boot marks.
