heres another:
out of a group of 325 people, 26 were men. What percent of the total were women?
please show how you got the answer, i can use a calculator.

92 percent women.
325-26=299 women
299/325 =.92 or 92% women.

299/325=0.92
.92X100%= 92% women

subtract 26 from 325 and you get 299
then you divide 299 by 325 and get .92
multiply tht by 100 and get 92%
