when you get the dyno results please post away. I might be sending my head to you guys then. would you include cuttingb the seats for new valves? or add the additional 50 or what ever it is?
Hopefully we get it on dyno this monday thats my goal. I keep running into needing tools and shims. I had to get 4 valve guide reamers gust to size the guides. I 'm in the middle of degreing the cam. I like the falcon adjustble cam gear, so I ordered one of them and have to wait for it now.

I ran it today and so far I got 52hp and 32 ftlbs of torque. I'm not really happy so I need to keep working on it any suggestions I'm open. Would atleast like to have 55hp and 35fttq
I had web cam, sparks exhuast, 41mm carb, uni filter, stock bottom end, sms head work over sized valves and 2006 stock ignition

what piston are running? what compression?
on some dynos, a 06 with hi comp piston and hrc kit yields 49-50 hp.
14:1 baldwin any suggestions right now I'm thinking of new cam and sending carb out to be bored to 43mm and finding another exhuast to try?

Theres a company in vancouver called colt cams that degree the lobe centers out a bit to pick up more velocity, they may be able to help. Don't know to much more about them

43mm carb, vortex, dasa should be worth a couple, i would try and see what elese you can do to the porting there is alot more you can do with the porting
Well just wanted to let you know the engine is done and went down to Florida for testing. It ran great and was pulling hard out of the corners. I ended up with web cam and over sized valves and rossier exhuast and 06 carb.
Oh almost forgot Thanks for all your help guys and special shout out to chino Thanks alot
