quick tire question

Would a 18x10x10 tire fit on a rim that has a 18x11x8 tire on it? Im pretty sure it wont, but just checking?

the last digit in the tire numers tells the story

18x11x8 tells us its for a 8 inch rim
18x10x10 tells us its for a 10 inch rim
