View Full Version : r1 pipe got pics. it works for me

its a 2006 r1 pipe . so its a bolt on deal. you have to use part of your old pipe . its titenium so you its lite and the power band its good. so the only thing i did was made the hole bigger on the end .. you can play with it ..yes you have to cut to pick wire. i put a spark arrester wire mesh,cause in california and sound its like the stock its a big deal on parks like hollister. so later on i will buy the megabomb ..so what do you guys think

so i got the pipe for free. its just how sometimes you learn how to make stuf. theres a lot of after market **** that you dont need.

it would look ok if it didnt stick so far out the back lol

I didn't understand a thing you said. Hope you don't plan on doing any wheelies or rolling it because that pipe will be destroyed. Other than that major flaw it's a good idea and would look sweet if it fit the quad. I would cut it down to keep it from being damaged and make your own baffle if you don't want it being louder.
