ATVA Banquet Dollywood Trip

Just wanted to let everyone know that we can get a group rate at Dollywood for Friday but I need everyone that is going to get in contact with me at the hotel or call me at the number listed on the application. The rate will be 41.25 for 12 and older and 32.35 for 4 to 11. We will have to go in together as a group and I will have to purchase the tickets all at the same time. Please don't forget the trick or treating on Friday night we need rooms for the kids to trick or treat at or if you can help us out with some candy for the kids that would be great also.


There will also be trophies for ages 0-5 and 6 - up for the best costume

We will be too late for dollywood , be in friday evening sometime but we will try to make it in time for the candy and costumes . We will bring a bag of candy , maybe I will bring me hat and come as an overweight cowboy , yea.
