I have never bought a steering stem and don't know much about the sizes and what to buy. I race xc and I am 6 3 would a +1 or +2 be better for me? Also is the flag relocated to reduce bump steer like on some other aftermarket stems I have seen?

the 450r has very little bump steer itself but on our stem the flag is longer so you can turn tighter. The height of the stem really depends on preference. It is a matter of trying them and seeing wich height you prefer.
