front hub is stuck

I have to change a bad front disc. I was trying to take off the hub and I cant pull it off. Am I wrong? I thought it should just pull right off.

I guess I have to use a three jaw puller or something. I was tapping on it also and it didn't move.

Also, how do I get the disc off the hub?

3 jaw puller or give it a tap with a mini-sledge(on a part that won't damge threads and such). It may have some rust holding it in. I had the tapered hubs sometimes give fits when coming off.
