Hi guys here is a test we did on a 2004 yfz450. The bike has the orginal 04 crank and cylinder and head. We dynoed it with HMF slip on and air box lid off, cam mod, carb work. The test was to see how much oversized exhuast valves helped and here it is. The oversized valves are Kibble white 1 mm over exhuast valves only Then we did mild port blend on the throat of exhuast port valve seat. The head was not fully ported we just tapered the new exhuast cut seat. The intakes stayed the same we did not touch anything except the exhuast valves and seats.
