My 86 Quadsport

1986 Suzuki 230s quadsport all redone: rebuilt motor bored 20 over,all new maier plastic,seat,frame and wheels painted, gators(awesome on snow),bearings and seals, front brakes,fly handle bar and grips,uni air filter this is what was done after picture:cobra jet polished aluminum exhaust, suzuki quadracer throttle assembly with frabrications (a lot better than *****ty plastic one that stuck all the time)

Looks like it has some really good possibilites. Wanna race my 250x? It would be close. What engine mods to ya got on there?

just rebuilt stock with a little bit bigger pistons, i got a 250x its a 1987 and its bored and has a dg rcm, i believe the louder the better thats why i have cobras and dg on my atvs, it only makes sense i mean if its less restricted,but you have to have some restriction though

I have a DG RCM on my 250X.. I hate how loud it is.. Im just getting old I guess.:D

Ya i jsut but my dg in. I run it with no discs or arrestor. The thing was shooting flame 4 feet in my garage. Ideled better than when I had the stock exhaust! Can you belive that! Runs better too. Its very loud. I like that deep sound though alot. Just like my straight pipes! hehe!

yeah the dg's are loud. both me and my dad like how loud they are, and we have the spark arrestor in. might just have to try it without it. :D

now thats why riding areas get closed down loud pipes suck for trails unless its closed corse like gncc. they even suck for mx(if your the guy behind em, i just use ear plugs)

That's a nice one ...my other half learned to ride w/one of them ..they can be a very good machine ..your looks real nice ..
