throttel pushing back

hi i just rebuilt my 400ex and it is amazing but a quick question the throttel seems to be pushing back like the choke is on but its not what could be wrong ??????

easy,just get one of those throttle extenders that help combat thumb fatigue and use your whole hand to hold the throttle open,there more leverage for when it PUSHES back:D :eek2:
