What a difference a silencer, jetting, and air filter can make! I jetted with a 165 and 1/2 turn out as recommended.

My Outlaw now picks the wheels up through the gears. It also sounds angry, not choked up as before.
Just chirping the throtlle breaks the wheels lose.

Amazing, what a difference! :macho

Yep. My Pred was similar. Amazing what intake, exhaust and proper jetting will do.

X10 on the WAAAAAAY lean jetted KTM's

Yes, I couldn't believe going from a 145 to a 165 main jet.
But, it runs well!

I had a 175 dyno jet in mine with the Muzzy pipe open air box and K&N filter. It needed a 180 Dyno jet or a 75 Mikuni jet still but I did not have them.

I put on an hmf and once I got the jetting right I almost had the bars ripped out of my hands because I wasn't prepared for the acceleration. haha I almost ran into my own car because the front was in the air and I was trying to just keep the bars in my hands. On pavement I can now bring the front up when i hit third. Big difference from stock.

2nd trip to the dyno with a fmf titanium and a megabomb header and we got 52hp and 37tq at little sahara in oklahoma the best my bike has ran we dragraced all weekend and the polaris shook some thing up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, but aren't you talking about a KTM though; not a Fuji?

i have always rode my predator with 450r's and yfz's and other fast quads .guys i never rode with befor would say how slow and junk a predator is .after the ride they all say ,man that thing runs good.i love my pred..it is amazing what a few mods do for a fuji motor. just wish it was 40 pounds lighter.
