I know that anything that can go on a TBI350 would fit on the TBI305, Now It could be the same for the Vortecs also.

TBI= Throttle body injection, in case you were wondering.

You wont reap the full benefit of a cam unless you put a good intake manifold and some good heads on it. While your at it, go ahead and put some headers on her.

If I were you, id look into a tuner first. That and just save up your money and try to find a good set of used heads and a good intake.:)

very true. i just ordered a throttle body spacer today. im gonna see if i can get a little more throttle response. eventually i want a tuner, 4:10's, high stall tourque converter, the list goes on and on.

I wouldnt waste my money doing all that to that particular truck.

Find yourself an older 60's era C-10 and do that thing up nice. Chevy trucks are alot easier to modify (suspension wise) than fords are... at least from the 60's and 70's. The twin I-beam suspenion on my '79 is aggrevating the piss out of me... I wanna lower the front soooo bad, but I need to accumulate about 600 bucks for drop shocks and the lowering beams...
