Rad guard

I noticed that the outlaw rad guard has some pretty big slots that a good size rock could pass through and damage the rad. Has anybody found an aftermarket rad guard which can protect the rad better ?

I have been running furnace filter in front of the radiator. It is the plastic type and not the fiberglass type. I have seen the chicken wire but have had good luck with the filter. I only zip tie it at the top so air will come under it also.
