I started to tig up a custom aluminum airbox for my 450r on friday. i should have ti completed on monday. ill get soem picture up asap(only have soem on my phone). its nothing special but i think its going to be tits.

crappy pictures but i will try to get some better pics tomarrow. already have it mounted. looks great

its not bad. if u had teh tools anyone can do it. im only 17. takes practice though.

I have the tools & materials but I cant weld lol never tried but I know its not easy to be a good welder.

i stoped and moved to differnt areas alot because i didnt want anything to warp. i wont have a good camera till this weekend though so i wont be able to get pics of the welds.

i can appreciate the work you put into that. im a welder by trade and just build my own aluminum airbox for my hybrid.

looks good! way more complex than mine haha. i made one steel one thats powdercoated black and one aluminum one for my 400ex.

aluminum.. i guess i don't have pictures of just the aluminum airbox, but heres one installed.

not bad at all. i like custom stuff better because nobody has it hahaha. people say well i got this this this and this. well i mad this this this this and its got better crafsmanship and higher quality than yours.

Thats definatly sick man, i wish i had a welder and then wish i was good enough to start making some little parts here and there or being able to temporarely fix minor stuff
