I just went the same route.....Ordered the Renthal fat bars yesterday with the trail tech bar clamp to keep the stock lights and key switch location.
My brother has Renthal stock on his CRF 450 and loves them, made the decision alot easier for me!!!
Just my .02......you will probably get a ton of answers on this but its on your riding style and what you are comfortable with.

I say Tag T2. I have them. They are great. I had a pair of X5 and they were bent and I tried to straighten them out and we couldn't do it. I was sold from that moment.

I think they are like CR-High, but I got the 4-trax 400r bend.

Stoner....Got the Renthal bars with the trail tech clamp on today.Had to drill 1 extra hole for the reverse light but other than that...Piece of cake! Tell me what you think........Added about 2 inches on the riser with the bar clamp. It actually worked out good because the stock bars were a tad bit low for me.

I bought the same setup and the only complaints I have are you have to drill another hole, there is no hole for the vent tube, and the plastic slightly touches the gas tank cover. I originally got the renthal twinwall bars but they were too short and made my grips hang over about 2 inches with nothing inside them. I exchanged them for the fat bars and had no problem fitting everything on the bars. I bought one of those little tubes with the vent on the top so I wouldn't need to drill a hole for a vent tube.

Same issue here.....Bottom of plastic piece just barely rubs the tank. I drilled another hole for my extra light and still have to get another vent tube as i dont want to and really dont have room for the vent htube hole. All and all i was happy with the twinwalls so far....much better than stock i can say that...but what isn't better than stock on some parts.

If you roll ur quad dont worry about bending bars. Just check everything else. My buddy snapped his fork clamps but the bars didnt even budge.

That is exactly why i went with the Renthal bars, Have heard nothing but great things....Hopefully never roll or flip the new quad but at least i know the bars wont bend!

Looks great. Did you have to get longer cables, or will stock work with this sort of setup?

You would need longer cables depending on what bar bend you get. I had the RC high bend Twinwalls and I would have had to get new cables but because the grips were over hanging I switched to the regular RC bend in the Fat Bar.

racerdan...what bend did you get??

I got the RC bend and didnt have to get new cables....The front brake cable is border line....only rode once so far with them and didnt have any problems...so if it aint broke..............you know the saying
