Anyone know about Laeger a arms?

My buddy is triyng too hook up a set of laeger a arms....but the tops have these fork looking things, and can'y find ball joints for them. Is he missing peices or do you bolt the fork diretly to the spindle? I don't think it shock bolt direct....Laegers web site is down too!...This guy needs some help

if he has what i think he has, he got a set of laegers pro trax a arms, which can only be used with the pro trax spindle and tie rods....its like a 2400 set up brand new
