will a 88/89 swingarm fit a 87 frame..is there mods that need to be done or will it bolt right up..

yes it'll bolt right up BUT you'll need to add rear engine mount/mounts as is on the 88/89 frames. otherwise, the engine will start to kill the remainder of the mounts unless of course you use an 88/89 length aftermarket that uses 86/87 rear swinger type mount.
