Thats personal preference but I'm currently running Maxxis Razr Cross and love them. I've previously ran MXR6 and SX ITPs but won't go back now.

Depends on the track... My MXR4s do great in a like medium style tracks... but on loose tracks... all i do is spin out...
I've never ran holeshots, but I have tried a lot of other tires and I gotta say, razr's hook up insane and the corner bite is just crazy.

A lot of guys are running the razr cross fronts, and razr backs. They seem to like that set up. I am currently running holeshots all around and like them, but they have a lot of bite in the corners. . The razrs tend to slide a bit more.

Hardpack - ITP Quadcross f&r
everything else - kendaw claw mx f&r
I love regular Razrs for the rear. For the front i'm not too crazy about the Razr fronts.

Maxxis Razrcross front and ITP MXr6 rears (or Maxxis yellow label)
Hands down better than MXR4's or SX or Razrcross or Kenda all around. The rear MXR6 wear a little more than I would like but I'd trade that for more traction any day.
