I wish somebody would come up with new ways of making cool things work or different looks.

I wish somebody made a 05-07 style hood that incorporated the 99-04 headlights.

If I could make a prototype and get somebody to make it, would anybody be interested?

I wish they made 450R style fenders for the 400ex! I love the look of them!!!! Know what, I just wish I had a 450R, screw the fenders! haha

i wish they made bolt on bigger than stock replacement oil coolers. I mean bolt on no having to get new lines, no drilling, tapping, re-routing... What ever happen to the liquid cooled kits they made a long time ago?

not possible, but i really like the idea of having the trans and clutch separate from the rest of the engine.. like a lot of newer quads.

it would be nice for a big company like brembo or something make 2 or 4 piston front calipers like the KTM. i know it is possible to mount up 450R calipers, but i like brembo better. lol.

i wish that the aftermarket would come up with a way to relocate the clutch cable because i hate how it sits on the headpipe and melts. i got through clutch cables waaayyyy too fast.

how come? the ktm looks nice like that, but how else would it hold enough oil?

Better yet: a larger oil cooler kit w/fan and thermostat. Plug and play.

A tool kit container that actually holds the tools instead of losing them.

thats the dumbest thing i have heard for a 400ex. Dry sump engines make much more power.

I'd like to make a TRX450R gas tank fit trimmed 99-04 plastic.

I'd also like plastic air scoops that would look good with the lower part of the front fenders trimmed off (like that Silver/Black EX on here has the lower trimmed).

Between the scoops a radiator sized oil cooler and fan would be nice, along with a "laid-down" oil tank.

I'd also like a set of race peg nerf bars with heel guards that lowered the peg height down flush with the bottom of the frame. Not a snag point, but as low as possible.

A cable-type pilot screw adjuster like the idle speed would be nice also.

used to say the same thing. then i built a yz hybrid and bought a 450r lol.
