Valve Glide Question

Couldn't seem to find it anywhere, But one of the glides for the intake valves broke, well i ordered a new one, now I just need to know what I need to do to get the broken one out and the new one in.

the guides have to be pressed in and out. Take it to a machine shop, it shouldnt cost much.

Thats what I been hearing, Any shop or the dealer's shop?

any machine shop, you should have them look at the rest since its out, valve job is cheap and worth the money.
