Due to health reasons I'm thinking of selling my 86 250R! Not really wanting to but its an expensive show piece sitting in my garage now.
motor is an 86 bored .080 over with a custom porting and bead blasted cylinder, 38mm carb, fmf ram valve w/ spacer, new bearings,ims rod,counterbalancer bearing,waterpump, and modified crank, transmission has been tricked with taller 6th gear,polished stator and water pump cover, billet clutch basket,steel braided hoses and etc. Has FMF fatty pipe with PT fatboy silencer, modded airbox lid with pc vent system for carb.
maier white race cut plastic, custom painted hood and tank cover(changes green to purple) Graves gripper seat cover, custom aluminum seat latch, renthal bars with handguards, raptor clutch perch and lever, polished brake rezzy, laeger 88-89 style swingarm, durablue +2 axle and adjustable rear shock linkage ,LSR carrier and rear hubs, steel braided front brake lines. stock frame with mods and ac rear grab and graydon proline front bumper. I set it up a few years ago for mx and raced it once!!! So it still has like new front works tripple rate w/ rezzies shocks and Laeger +2 chrome A-arms and AC aluminum nerfs. has rear 8" beadlocks with grooved turf tamers and a rear works ultracross rear shock "That needs rebuilt" the seal blew and leaked out while sitting. This is a very fast and dependable bike!!!! I never fouled a plug in the 12 years that I owned it, and always maintained it did a complete rebuild/refresh every winter. I'm sure there's stuff I forgot to list let alone the spare parts I have to go with it.......So make me an offer I cant refuse...no lowballers please.
