Cam.
Then focus on suspension improvements before putting any more money into the motor.

Oo so you could problably get the cam and while you're waiting, take the head to a machine shop and have them shave the head to raise the compression. That's about $30-40 to have done and that will raise your compression... just make sure they know what they're doing and make sure you'll have enough valve clearance.. A good way to do that is to take 2 tootsie rolls, take the head off, put them on the piston in the valve slots and put it back togeter, turn it over for all 4 cycles and take it apart and freeze them, then measure it with a micrometer.. That'll give you an idea of how much you can shave off.

Oyeah, leave the tootsie rolls in their wrapper during the whole thing.

you start increaing compression you will also need to start running higher oct. I would spend your money on a rev box first, this will increase your RPM a 1000.
I wouldn't put a cam in it until you have a pipe and your head work done, then you should go all four, cam, head, piston and larger carb.
or you could buy mine for 600
ave your money for suspension upgrades or spend it on something other than the quad
